Vegan Coconut, Cacao and Banana Ice Cream


  • Banana chopped and frozen for at least 4 hours
  • 2 Tbs coconut milk
  • 1 Tbs raw Cacao
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Coconut shell for serving


  1. Put all ingredients into a mixer and blitz until smooth. Add more coconut milk if its too thick.
  2. Serve in a coconut shell (a bowl will do nicely too) and sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Enjoy!
