- Banana chopped and frozen for at least 4 hours
- 2 Tbs coconut milk
- 1 Tbs raw Cacao
- Desiccated coconut
- Coconut shell for serving
- Put all ingredients into a mixer and blitz until smooth. Add more coconut milk if its too thick.
- Serve in a coconut shell (a bowl will do nicely too) and sprinkle with coconut.
