Raw Coconut and Almond Porridge

Every week I go to my favourite resturant out here in Ibiza called Wild Beets in Santa Gertrudis. It”s a vegan, raw resturant and Im slowly making my way through their online casino menu. When I get home home it inspires me to try out new things so here is a new Wild Beets inspired raw gluten free, dairy free porridge.


  • Half a cup of desiccated coconut.
  • Half a cup of ground almonds.
  • 1/2 tsp flaxseed.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds.
  • 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk.
  • 1 banana.
  • Berries of your choice and roughly chopped almonds for topping.


  1. Mix together the coconut, almond, half the cinnamon, chia seeds and flaxseed.
  2. Pour on the milk and give it a good stir through to combine all ingredients.
  3. Slice your banana and berries and put on top. finish by adding the rest of the cinnamon and the Chopped almonds.
  4. Enjoy
