- One tin of chickpeas in water
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Shake of cayenne pepper depending on your own preference
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1 Tbs tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rinse the chickpeas and drain
- Add all ingredients together into a blender and blend until smooth if the mixture is too dry add a splash of olive oil whilst mixing.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of seeds and enjoy on crisp salad leaves or as a dip with crudités.
