My name is Mel. I'm a mother to 3 children, part time blogger, vegetarian food enthusiast and newly qualified yoga instructor.
I started my blog over a year ago with the aim to inspire people with new and exciting recipes. My blog then evolved and I started to write about different experiences that I had mainly revolving around yoga, food and fitness.
My passion for yoga is no secret and after a lot of self discovery I decided to take the plunge and complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training course.
My family and I are currently living in Ibiza. I'm teaching yoga and I'm always creating new recipes for my family while enjoying the sunshine.
